Quizzes are for entertainment
QuizMilo quizzes and results are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes. Unless a quiz expressly says otherwise, results are not scientifically validated assessments and should not be treated as factual predictions or professional advice.
In particular, QuizMilo does not provide psychological, medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional assessments. Do not use a quiz result as the sole basis for an important personal, health, legal, or financial decision. When professional help is appropriate, consult a suitably qualified person.
Who may use the site
QuizMilo is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed at children under 16. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If the law where you live requires a higher age for a particular activity, that higher age applies.
You are responsible for using the site lawfully and for deciding whether a quiz or result is appropriate for you.
Fair-use rules
You may use QuizMilo for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not:
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to bypass security, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or overload its infrastructure;
- use automated systems to scrape, copy, index, or extract QuizMilo content at scale without prior written permission;

- misrepresent your connection with QuizMilo or use the brand to endorse a product or service without permission;
- reproduce, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit quizzes, wording, artwork, code, or result cards without permission.
Normal browser use, ordinary search-engine indexing, and personal sharing through the provided sharing features are not prohibited by this section.
Content and intellectual property
QuizMilo's original quizzes, copy, visual design, graphics, result cards, software, and branding are owned by George Germanos or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may share a link to a quiz or an unmodified result card for personal, non-commercial purposes. This limited permission does not transfer ownership and may be withdrawn if the use is misleading, unlawful, or harmful.
If you believe content on QuizMilo infringes your rights, email contact@quizmilo.com with enough detail for us to review the concern.
Availability and changes
We work to keep QuizMilo enjoyable and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may fix, change, pause, or remove a quiz or feature, including for maintenance, security, legal, or editorial reasons.
Quiz content may be updated over time. A result can vary if questions, scoring, or your answers change.
Third-party services, links, and disclosures
QuizMilo may link to social platforms or other external websites. Those services are controlled by their own operators, and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not necessarily mean that QuizMilo endorses everything on the destination site.
Google AdSense, affiliate links, payments, and embedded social-media feeds or widgets are not currently active. If advertising or affiliate relationships are added later, relevant disclosures and policies will be updated. Sponsored or affiliate content will be identified where applicable.
Responsibility and limits
QuizMilo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties about the accuracy, suitability, availability, or outcome of quiz content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, George Germanos will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, QuizMilo. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
You remain responsible for what you choose to post publicly when sharing a result and for respecting the rights and privacy of other people.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts determined by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the site, its business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after revised terms take effect means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
